Na kr\u00e1tk\u00e9, nebo v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b cyklistiky st\u0159edn\u011b dlouh\u00e9, vzd\u00e1lenosti se jedn\u00e1 o velmi p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fd zp\u016fsob p\u0159epravy pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Pro dne\u0161n\u00ed dobu je charakteristick\u00e9, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edce \u010dinnost\u00ed (pracovn\u00edch i volno\u010dasov\u00fdch) je spojeno s nedostatkem fyzick\u00e9 aktivity. Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed automobilov\u00e9 dopravy tak nen\u00ed spojeno jen s riziky vzniku onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest nebo ob\u011bhov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu produkc\u00ed l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 v\u00edce p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rizika obezity, kter\u00e1 je nap\u0159\u00edklad jednou z p\u0159\u00ed\u010din vzniku cukrovky II. stupn\u011b. Nedostatek pohybu rovn\u011b\u017e negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje lidskou psychiku.<\/p>\n<p>Pozitiva spojen\u00e1 s pravideln\u00fdm pohybem p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f nad riziky spojen\u00fdmi se zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm ovzdu\u0161\u00edm. Jedn\u00edm ze zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v r\u00e1mci projektu SWITCH, podporovan\u00e9ho z prost\u0159edk\u016f EU, je, \u017ee pravideln\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 aktivita zvy\u0161uje pr\u016fm\u011brnou d\u00e9lku \u017eivota o 1,5 roku u \u017een a o 1,4 roku u mu\u017e\u016f. Podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace bychom pohybu m\u011bli v\u011bnovat alespo\u0148 2,5 hodiny t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Cyklistika<\/h2>\n<p>Podpora cyklistiky m\u00e1, krom\u011b sv\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161nosti, tak\u00e9\u00a0pozitivn\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosy. Studie Evropsk\u00e9 cyklistick\u00e9 federace uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ednos cyklistick\u00e9 dopravy v EU je 150\u00a0mld.\u00a0EUR, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm se jedn\u00e1 o \u00faspory v oblasti poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotnick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb\u00a0a omezen\u00ed dopravn\u00edch kolon (hodnota ztracen\u00e9ho \u010dasu a spot\u0159ebovan\u00e9ho paliva). Nezanedbateln\u00fd je tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednos pro m\u00edstn\u00ed podnikatele, nebo\u0165 bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee cyklist\u00e9 utr\u00e1c\u00ed ve m\u011bstech v\u00edce ne\u017e automobilist\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Rozvoj cyklistick\u00e9 dopravy je jedn\u00edm z c\u00edl\u016f m\u011bsta Ostravy.\u00a0Letos byly dokon\u010deny p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed cyklistick\u00e9 trasy. Z okrajov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed se tak pod\u00e9l \u0159ek Ostravice a Odry do centra dostane cyklista asi za p\u016fl hodiny. V Ostrav\u011b je ji\u017e na 136\u00a0m\u00edst se stojany na kola. Podle organiz\u00e1tor\u016f akce Do pr\u00e1ce na kole, do kter\u00e9 se zapojili tak\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanci\u00a0magistr\u00e1tu a \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f m\u011bstsk\u00fdch obvod\u016f,\u00a0chce kolo, jako dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edek pro cesty do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edvat \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edce lid\u00ed. M\u00edsto sezen\u00ed v aut\u011b cht\u011bj\u00ed sportovat, proto\u017ee jim z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na jejich fyzick\u00e9 kondici a po pr\u00e1ci maj\u00ed na sport m\u00e1lo \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<h2>Ch\u016fze<\/h2>\n<p>Ch\u016fze je nejp\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pohyb a na kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti, nejlep\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak se n\u011bkam dostat. V\u0161e z\u00e1vis\u00ed jen na tom, jak to komu chod\u00ed. Nav\u00edc je ch\u016fze prevence mnoha civiliza\u010dn\u00edch i genetick\u00fdch chorob (cukrovka, osteopor\u00f3za, psychick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my apod.). V kombinaci ch\u016fze a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy je nap\u0159\u00edklad odborn\u00edky \u010dasto navrhov\u00e1no, aby lid\u00e9 vystoupili z dopravn\u00edho prost\u0159edku o zast\u00e1vku d\u0159\u00edve, a t\u00edm prodlou\u017eili dobu v\u011bnovanou ch\u016fzi.<\/p>\n<p>Ve m\u011bstech existuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 modely kombinace cyklistick\u00e9 dopravy a ch\u016fze. Jde o r\u016fzn\u00e9 modely ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho sd\u00edlen\u00ed kol, tzv. bikesharing. Zda tato mo\u017enost bude dostupn\u00e1 i Ostravan\u016fm se zat\u00edm nev\u00ed. Veden\u00ed m\u011bsta Ostravy se v\u0161ak touto ot\u00e1zkou zab\u00fdv\u00e1.\u00a0Obyvatel\u00e9 m\u011bsta se ji\u017e k um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed cyklostanic v\u00a0centru m\u011bsta mohli vyj\u00e1d\u0159it v internetov\u00e9 anket\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00edte, \u017ee&#8230;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>V Ostrav\u011b byly dokon\u010deny &#8222;po\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed&#8220; koridory cyklostezek pod\u00e9l Ostravice a Odry?<\/li>\n<li>Ostravan\u00e9 mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt 236\u00a0km cyklotras, z nich\u017e velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st je vedena mimo komunikace pro automobilovou dopravu?<\/li>\n<li>Pozitivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy pohybu ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b (99\u00a0%) m\u011bst p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed nad negativn\u00edmi dopady zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed?
